Wheel Of Wow cake

What you need:
Recipe:
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanillaIcing:
1/3 cup butter
2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp corn syrup
1 tbsp milk
Food coloring
What you do:
For the recipe: Melt the butter and stir in the cocoa. Allow the mixture to cool. Beat the eggs and add the sugar gradually. Add the vanilla. Stir in the cocoa mixture. Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Grease an 8-inch round pan and pour the mixture in. Cook at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. (Until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.)
For the icing: Beat the butter, corn syrup and vanilla together. Gradually add the icing sugar. Add enough milk to make the icing a good spreadable consistency.
Helpful Hints: You'll need to make LOTS of different icing colors for this cake - white, red, orange, dark yellow, light yellow, dark green, light green, dark blue, light blue and indigo. Use an icing bag to pipe on all the different colors. Use the white to outline each section and the letters. You can add one candy to each section of the wheel if you want to make it look even more exciting!
